Marnie is the Principal Lawyer at Marnie Ryan Law. Marnie has practiced law in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and provides comprehensive advisory services for both public and private sector employers and employees in workplace relations and employment law.

Marnie is able to provide tailored advice and assistance in relation to a broad range of industrial and employment issues including dismissals, discrimination, disputes, adverse action complaints, workplace investigations, disciplinary proceedings, employment contracts and Australian workplace agreements.

Marnie is experienced in advising on and acting in contractual disputes relating to the termination of employment, including entitlements to reasonable notice or bonuses together with the retention of share options and other share based benefits. Marnie has significant experience in employment law including matters litigated in Fair Work Australia, the Australian Human Rights Commission, the Federal Court, the Federal Magistrates Court, the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission as well as experience in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts.
